Added many more tags.
There are a few tags one of which should occur in every issue as they indicate the type of problem:
(In gitlab one would use a scoped label for this.)

improvement
missing
incomplete
bug

You can pair these with a topic to answer the what/where of the problem.
Examples:

missing + feature
performance + improvement
incomplete + testing
documentation + bug
